Overview
All regular priced purchases will be eligible for exchange or online store credit within 30 days.
All exchanged items must be unused.
Any online items returned will receive online store credit if there is no replacement item specified. You will be emailed your store credit amount once your return is processed. Please note that time expected to complete an online exchange is 1-2 business days once we have received the items back to our fulfillment center AND the items have been deemed acceptable for an exchange/credit.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: CRS Warehouse – 2725 Tate Blvd Hickory, NC 28602.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
