Our brewery in Blowing Rock is a custom designed and built 5 Bbl brew house, with abilities to make regular as well as high gravity ales and lagers. We are producing several beers which are brewed to known styles and a variety of rotating seasonals. Our artisanal brews are inspired by the local setting and could be considered non-traditional.
Our plan is to deliver an exceptional product made from the finest ingredients using both new and age old techniques of brewing and fermentation.
Our brews will be sold on sight at the Blowing Rock Ale House and Inn, available in counter pressure filled growlers, and distributed as kegs and bottles statewide through Tryon Distributing.

Jeff Walker – Jeff is a co-founder of Boone Brewing Company, and worked to produce the company structure and identity in 2007. This brewery is the result of Todd and Jeff’s continued determination to create a local brewery in the High Country. In 2007, they forged a relationship with a traditional and reliable craft brewery in PA (owned by a North Carolinian) where they could make the quantities of beer necessary for the marketplace, with their mash tun, kettle and vats. Keeping their dream of a local brick and mortar brewery never far off, they kept to a plan that would allow their small company to follow its cardinal rule: quality, consistency, distribution, and value pricing of every beer served. The result was continued local growth and demand, sustained local ownership, a regional presence, and in June 2013 a local brewery and Ale House Restaurant.
